My 12 year old son forgot his password on his HP mini I brought him for Christmas,after a google search I found Computers Zone. They fixed the problem very fast and I was charged a good price compared to other companies.

Data Recovery:

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service you provided to us recently.

Was very impressed that you were able to get the part ordered in specially from abroad and that we were able to keep the laptop until it arrived. We were kept informed along the way and the turnaround time to actually fit the part in was very quick - and our laptop was given back to us like new, having been cleaned and with the problem solved.

Helpful service was offered along the whole process be it via text or call, so we were always informed of what - and most importantly when - to expect things to be completed. Will definitely use Computers Zone again for any PC/laptop problems and will recommend to others.

Computers Zone has been there to support me in my time of needs including when my computer's operating system crashed (Windows ME of course!).

Luckily my data was all salvaged and with a new OS installed my computer is running like new.
